 Humans psychology for habits to do something 

Humans are most intelligent creature on the earth 🌎 they always try to Make things easier and in result they want some returns out of his efforts for anything. 

For example

Littil child try to walk ,to talk everything they see around them because there mind is free enugh to learn new things and try it untill they does not succeed.

But as an adult what we do if something comes to us will think do or do not 🚫 because we have experience and information about the task which you are thinking,and on the basis of that we make decisions. But majority of people don't think that it can be done differently.

What is the psychology behind it

Work(Thought) - Reward(It will drive you)

Human always think about outcome (Reward)

 Many Of us have made our boundry& comfortable zone  and out of that we feel uncomfortable,we try to avoid such situations and walk away. I

f we will get motivated then for 3 it can be controlled but after that it will same procrastination.

Need changes here:

1. Meditation 15 -30 minetes and think about what next.

2. Make goals and list of to do.

3. With self discipline do your task on same day.

4. Reward yourself if you achieve any task of your to do list.

5. Continue it each day.

6. To remain positive pry god each day, it is our culture which gave many sant guru who influences world by ther capabilities.

Try it for 21 days.

What to do?


We sometime feels like 
⁉️Question⁉️
1. My mind is empty.
2. What i am doing this will not good to do for my career.
3. I am wasting my time 

Problem: problem: problem which we have desires to do but still we didn't etc.

Thise thought will blow in mind repeatedly and we think that i need motivation and i am on wrong path for career, i need to spend alone time all thise stuf.

At this time our mind looking for something which can give us good vibes or we can stay entertain differently ,this is the game of our mind when mind tired doing anything for long time it doesn't want to stay there more. 
And here we start blemimmng ourself and ask questions.

!?Questions!?  Which mentioned in start.

1. My mind is empty.
2. What i am doing this will not good to do for my career.
3. I am wasting my time 

Here you should understand that You are unique person and have same capabilities as other humans, but the thing is your capabilities are not in your control.

So here what to do for that ensity

1.  Who you are - do not think that your thoughts are your identity ,you are peaceful soul.
Here thoughts are bubbles not real but your peaceful soul is real.

2. Thought in my mind is just seed which results of information.

3. Close your eyes Take deep breath and exhel slowly do minimum 5 time, your buch of thoughts exhausted and you are now free of negativity. You will find you alone nobody around you .

4.It is the time where you have to decide what you want to be?    - successful Man-
You will find your goal to achieve it, ask thise questions to yourself 
 a. What are way to achieve my goals.
 b.Which one i have to choose.
 c. Make plans to work on it yearly, monthly, daily And with disiplane follow it until you doesn't achieve goal. 

5. Understand that you can not make happy evryone because everyone can not find happiness in same.

6. Change insider first don't try to change others because there are many who is not as you want them for yourself.
You are owner of your choice So it's better to quit the idea to be a jocker by continue changing yourself as other likes.
